이름·전화번호·이메일·위치는 받지 않습니다. 회원가입도 없습니다.
앱이 처음 켜질 때 만드는 무작위 설치번호로 사용 기록과 문의를 구별합니다. 이 번호로는 누구인지 알 수 없습니다.
학습 진도·답·녹음·자기소개 대본은 폰 안에만 있고 올라가지 않습니다.
1. 모으는 것과 쓰는 곳, 보관 기간

사용 기록은 끌 수 없습니다. 이름처럼 누구인지 알 수 있는 정보가 없고, 앱을 고치는 데 꼭 필요해서입니다.
2. 폰 안에만 있는 것
언어·나라 선택, 시험 날짜, 진도, 푼 문제와 틀린 답, 면접 자기소개 대본(이름·나이 등 직접 넣은 칸), 면접 연습 녹음. 이것들은 서버로 보내지 않으며 앱을 지우면 같이 지워집니다. 마이크 권한은 면접 연습 녹음에만 쓰며, 거절해도 나머지 기능은 그대로 됩니다.

옮기는 때와 방법: 앱을 쓸 때마다 인터넷(암호화된 HTTPS)으로. 보관 기간은 1번 표와 같습니다. 위 회사들이 직접 모으는 정보는 각 회사 방침을 따릅니다: Google · Cloudflare. 광고를 원하지 않으면 광고 보기를 누르지 않으면 되고, 폰 설정에서 광고 ID 를 지우거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
그 밖에 다른 사람·회사에 개인정보를 주거나 팔지 않습니다.
4. 지우는 방법
- 보관 기간이 지나면 매일 한 번 자동으로 지웁니다.
- 앱 안 「Message us」로 "내 기록을 지워 주세요"라고 보내면, 그 기기 설치번호로 남은 기록(사용 기록·처음 연 날·광고 보상·문의)을 지우고 답을 드립니다. 이메일로도 받습니다.
- 앱을 지우면 폰 안의 정보가 모두 지워지고, 그 뒤로는 아무 기록도 오지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
자기 정보를 보여 달라·고쳐 달라·지워 달라·처리를 멈춰 달라고 요구할 수 있습니다. 위 4번 방법으로 연락하시면 10일 안에 처리합니다.
6. 안전하게 지키는 방법
- 앱과 서버 사이는 전부 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.
- 기록은 비밀번호로 잠긴 저장소에만 있고, 운영자 화면에는 설치번호 대신 문의 번호만 보입니다.
- 평소엔 합계만 봅니다. 문의가 오면 답하려고 그 기기의 기록(설치일·고른 업종·구매 여부와 때)만 함께 봅니다.
7. 어린이
이 앱은 한국에서 일하려고 시험을 준비하는 성인을 위한 것입니다. 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Koring EPS Privacy Policy

We do not ask for your name, phone number, email or location. There is no sign-up.
When the app first opens it makes a random install ID. We use it to tell usage records and messages apart. It does not tell us who you are.
Your progress, answers, recordings and self-introduction script stay on your phone and are never uploaded.

Usage records cannot be turned off. They contain nothing that identifies you, and we need them to fix the app.
2. What stays on your phone only
Language and country choice, exam date, progress, questions solved and wrong answers, your interview self-introduction script (including name, age and other fields you type), and interview practice recordings. None of this is sent to our server, and uninstalling the app deletes it. The microphone permission is used only for interview practice recordings; if you refuse it, everything else still works.

When and how: each time you use the app, over the internet (encrypted HTTPS). Retention is as in section 1. Data these companies collect directly is covered by their own policies: Google · Cloudflare. If you do not want ads, simply don't tap "watch ad"; you can also reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your phone settings.
We do not give or sell personal data to anyone else.
4. How data is deleted
- Records are deleted automatically once a day when their period ends.
- Send "please delete my data" through Message us in the app, and we will delete everything stored under that device's install ID (usage records, first open, ad rewards, messages) and reply. Email works too.
- Uninstalling the app deletes everything on your phone, and no further records are sent.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Contact us as in section 4 and we will act within 10 days.
6. How we protect data
- All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Records are kept in a password-protected store. Our admin screen shows a message number, not the install ID.
- Normally we look at totals only. When you send a message, we look at that device's record (install date, chosen sector, whether and when you bought) only to answer you.
7. Children
This app is for adults preparing for a test to work in Korea. It is not directed at children under 14.
